We recommend reading the Assembly Instructions when setting up your new teddyDen bed.

ASSEMBLY SAFTEY NOTE:

BEFORE ATTACHING THE GUARDRAIL, DETERMINE WHICH SIDE WILL HAVE THE GUARD RAIL.

FOR THE SIDE WITHOUT THE GUARD RAIL: POSITION THE BED SIDE RAIL SO THAT THE PRE-DRILLED HOLES FACE DOWNWARD (TOWARDS THE FLOOR). THIS PREVENTS CHILDREN FROM INSERTING FINGERS INTO THE HOLES.

The teddyDen bed frame has been tested and approved to carry up to 180Kgs

  1. AVOID JUMPING ON OR AROUND THE TEDDYDEN BED BASE, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE GUARDRAIL IS INSTALLED, AS IT MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURIES.
  2. ONLY USE THE MATTRESS RECOMMENDED (TEDDY JUNOIR OR JUNIOR LUX) FOR THE TEDDYDEN BED.
  3. DISCONTINUE USE OF THE TEDDYDEN BED OR GUARDRAIL IF DAMAGED OR BROKEN.
  4. THE GUARDRAIL IS DESIGNED FOR A MATTRESS WITH A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 18CM.
  5. THE GUARDRAIL IS INTENDED FOR USE AS SPECIFIED IN THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS AND IS NOT A TOY.
  6. PERIODICALLY CHECK AND TIGHTEN THE SIDE RAILS TO ENSURE THE GUARDRAIL REMAINS SECURE.

Does the 120 night sleep trial apply to teddy junior? 

Yes, the 120-night sleep trial applies to our teddy junior and teddy junior LUX mattresses.
When should my child graduate from cot to bed? 

Your child's graduation from cot to bed is a milestone in both your life and theirs.

Most children move from a cot to a bed between the ages of 2 and 3½ years old.

There is no set age but its probably safest to wait until they at least 2 years old.
What does reach certified mean?

All foams used to manufacture teddy mattresses are REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) compliant. This certification deals with the regulations that were created to improve the environment and protect human health.

REACH addresses the risks associated with chemicals and promotes alternative methods for the hazard assessment of substances.
Can I use the mattress on another bed base?

Yes, all our mattresses are compatible with any flat supportive surface. This includes all slat, box spring and adjustable bases.
Is shipping free? Even for rural addresses?

Yes! Shipping is on us, no matter where you live.

How sustainable is the mattress really?

Through our partnership with the Seaqual Initiative we use material created from plastic collected from the ocean to spin into the yarn used in our products!

We think it's pretty awesome and this upcycling prevents unnecessary waste heading to landfill by instead diverting it back into high-quality, usable materials.

How does the 120 Night Sleep trial work?

Test your new mattress for up to 120 nights in your own home. No conditions or sneaky clauses to catch you out. We recommend you trial this for at least 2 weeks.

At the end of 120 nights we'll then plant a tree for you!

If you decide the mattress isn't for you, then it is cleaned and donated to charity!
