Refund & Return Policy
Comfort and Sizing Exchange or Refund
Comfort exchanges are not accepted outside of our 120-Night trial policy, teddybed will also not accept exchanges for another size (if teddy is not at fault upon delivery).
We do not accept comfort exchanges on our teddy junior, junior LUX or iDream mattresses, any return or refund request must be lodged within the first 30 days starting from date of purchase and if accepted the customer will be liable for any collection charges and the customer is responsible in making sure the mattress is wrapped and protected for transport. The return charge is to discourage unwarranted purchases.

What is our return process?
Once your refund request has been lodged, we will organise a collection from one of our charity partners or an approved third party logistic company. Your teddy mattress will then be donated to charity to help those in need.
These collections can take up to 14 business days (depending on your location) and can only take place during business hours.
In the event that you have an address with restricted access and are outside of metro or regional cities, it may be difficult for our partner charities to collect your pre-loved teddy mattress. However, we will work with you and help expedite your refund.
If we are still having trouble collecting your teddy mattress after all options have been attempted, we may ask for your assistance to drop the mattress at one of our approved donation locations and we would require a donation receipt. Once we have received the donation receipt, your full refund will be issued.
We require your original purchase receipt for all refunds to be approved.
Sanitation & Admin Fee on Returns
There is a $100 sanitation and admin fee charged for the account of the customer, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. The admin fee is to discourage unwarranted purchases.
Third Party Resellers
If you have purchased a teddy product through one of our amazing retail partners, then their refund policy is applied and you would need to deal directly with the store.
