1. Teddy Essential Delivery

Simple delivery to your door. Your Teddy will be delivered to your front door or driveway at ground level. We’ll provide an estimated delivery date range once it’s on the way. No booked day, time or pre-delivery call. You’ll need to move it inside.

2. Teddy Complete Delivery (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane metros only)

The easiest way to welcome your Teddy home. We’ll arrange a suitable delivery date and time, call before arrival, bring your Teddy inside to your room of choice and remove all packaging. Less lifting, less organising, less mess and a smoother delivery day.

Please NOTE: Public holidays and certain SALE periods (e.g. Black Friday and Christmas) may affect these lead-times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

ASSEMBLY SAFTEY NOTE:

BEFORE ATTACHING THE GUARDRAIL, DETERMINE WHICH SIDE WILL HAVE THE GUARD RAIL.

FOR THE SIDE WITHOUT THE GUARD RAIL: POSITION THE BED SIDE RAIL SO THAT THE PRE-DRILLED HOLES FACE DOWNWARD (TOWARDS THE FLOOR). THIS PREVENTS CHILDREN FROM INSERTING FINGERS INTO THE HOLES.

The teddyDen bed frame has been tested and approved to carry up to 180Kgs

AVOID JUMPING ON OR AROUND THE TEDDYDEN BED BASE, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE GUARDRAIL IS INSTALLED, AS IT MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURIES.
ONLY USE THE MATTRESS RECOMMENDED (TEDDY JUNOIR OR JUNIOR LUX) FOR THE TEDDYDEN BED.
DISCONTINUE USE OF THE TEDDYDEN BED OR GUARDRAIL IF DAMAGED OR BROKEN.
THE GUARDRAIL IS DESIGNED FOR A MATTRESS WITH A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 18CM.
THE GUARDRAIL IS INTENDED FOR USE AS SPECIFIED IN THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS AND IS NOT A TOY.
PERIODICALLY CHECK AND TIGHTEN THE SIDE RAILS TO ENSURE THE GUARDRAIL REMAINS SECURE.

"We are really happy with the bed and mattress. Our 3 year old loves it! The colour is lovely and everything appears to be of excellent quality. Easy to put together. Not cheap, but we went with a double bed and see this as a long term investment. The only minor issue is that our son fell out of the small gap between the base and the side rail. He was always a big mover in the cot, but I didn't think that would happen! We popped a rolled up towel under the sheets in that gap while we waited for some inflatable rails to arrive. The inflatable rails (and the towel) worked well. Very happy with our TeddyDen purchase!"

Very comfortable mattress and great bed concept, let down by quality for the price.

"Eagerly anticipated receiving this bed having chosen over a competitor. Concept is great but quite disappointed by the finish quality that became evident when assembling. Bolt holes/bolt are stiff/not well meshing in a number of cases (but not all), slat spacing leaves disproportionate gap at the foot of the bed if spaced from the top. There is a portion of visible foam protruding from a seam in the top end of the base. For half the price, no complaint, but equivalent other children’s furniture has been much better build quality and finish. Overall disappointed by the product quality and a shame."

The ability to convert into a raised bed will allow it to last our boys into teen years which makes the product excellent value for money. While the padding on the frame is good, some additional foam or extra padding along the top edge of the head rest, foot rest and side panel would be a great addition. - the parent of 2 boy toddlers who love to climb and jump."

Through our partnership with the Seaqual Initiative we use material created from plastic collected from the ocean to spin into the yarn used in our products!

We think it's pretty awesome and this upcycling prevents unnecessary waste heading to landfill by instead diverting it back into high-quality, usable materials.

How does the 120 Night Sleep trial work?

Test your new mattress for up to 120 nights in your own home. No conditions or sneaky clauses to catch you out. We recommend you trial this for at least 2 weeks.

At the end of 120 nights we'll then plant a tree for you!

If you decide the mattress isn't for you, then it is cleaned and donated to charity!

Can I use the mattress on another bed base?

Yes, all our mattresses are compatible with any flat supportive surface. This includes all slat, box spring and adjustable bases.

Is shipping free? Even for rural addresses?

Yes! Shipping is on us, no matter where you live.
